Casa Valencia is an affordable housing building located on 16th and Valencia in the Mission District of San Francisco. It was important to the building owner to bring something vibrant and fresh to the community, while deterring from graffiti near a bus stop. The building owner also requested an iconic local landmark, the original Mission Dolores.
